The hotel was great. I stayed with my family and we all agreed that we were comfortable and safe in this property. The staff was great as well and eager to help in anything you need. Super close to metro station and many dining options around the area.

The location is excellent, easy access to restaurants and public transport. Very friendly staff. The A/c was not working properly, was making noise in the middle of the night ( automatic turns ON/OFF) Breakfast was underwhelming with very limited options and average quality. Breakfast timing 7:00–9:00 not convenient for people who are on holidays.

So the hotel was well located and clean and all the “normal stuff” they let us check in early which was nice BUT we got a courtyard room which was lovely but ended up being very noisy in the morning. Also the curtains were sheer so people in the yard could see right though your room. Something to keep in mind. Otherwise everything was good

Property is neat and clean but room extremely small and elevator was so small that I alone could fit with my one luggage. Bathroom was spacious making up for the cramped everything else. This property had extremely friendly and helpful staff as well which really made the stay great

Pleasant place with LOTS of stairs.

We only stayed one night as Paris was just a pit stop (thankfully, as there was almost no storage available). The place seemed pretty clean and well kept, with friendly staff. We booked because we wanted a family room. There is a breakfast option, but we didn’t go for it as we preferred to find something locally. Nothing special, but located only a few minutes from the metro and seemed a quiet and safe area. The main gripe was that there are a LOT of steep narrow stairs! Which made lugging our cases a complete nightmare!

We paid for the hotel room with confirmed air conditioning unit but hotel property refused to activate it giving energy saving reason and it was very hot during month of May in the room. We did not have a comfortable stay. Also the quad room building doesn’t have elevator/lift so we had to carry our own luggage. Will never book this place again.
