The worst property of Mariott I ever stayed in. I ordered Pasta & French fries. After 1hour I had to remind them for delivery the Food was delivered at 12.30 am without the French fries & was informed that the kitchen was closed & nothing could be done. My wife & I had to sleep hungry & we had a early morning departure. Due to late dinner we slept & missed our breakfast. The hotel charged us a conversation rate like money mafia by converting USD 200 to 152 Euro Instead of at least 190 Euros because my preauthorisation limit was insufficient but my credit limits were sufficient.The hotel could have collected the full payment in advance instead of going for preauthorisation & then making me Pay in USD in cash with a huge conversion loss Of 38 Euros on 200 USD. I am a loyal member of Mariott Rewards since 1991 & have stayed at several Mariott properties around the world . This one was the worst. My son Raghav Mathur is aTitanium member.
