There was a persistent musty smell in the room every time we entered. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as bottled water, a kettle, and coffee or tea. The quality of the hotel shampoo was poor and caused skin irritation on the face. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Staff were great but the building is in a horrid state. The rooms had bad odour, cobwebs, decor falling apart, paint outdated chipping away, bathroom was disgusting bad odour, insects crawling around bathroom, the sofa bed was like sleeping on a pile of bricks, all in all TERRIBLE!!!!

On the 3rd day again they didn’t clean our room and the receptionist doesn’t even care and no apologies and insisted that we refuse whereat how we will refuse the housekeeper when we are outside.
