Staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean although small, the bed is very comfortable It would be nicer if there were coffee maker and fridge in the room. Metro station is 10min walk away that take you to the center of Paris( Châtelet)

Nice, helpful staff, clean, good size room with a large balcony, giant wallpapers of Rome attractions throughout the hotel, kinda close to bus/train station but its no fun walking around in June heat! Fantastic water pressure in shower! What we didn't like - its really a BareBones hotel! They charge extra for breakfast but we didn't find it worth the money. Cafes are everywhere with better food at affordable prices. Little room for luggage/cloths, no drawers, no microwave, no coffee machine (they charge for filter coffee in reception area!), paper cups in toilet. Its not difficult to add regular room amenities for the price they charge and then it would be a wonderful place to stay in that amazing city!

Bien que cet établissement soit de conception moderne, l’accueil n’a pas été à la hauteur. Cependant, la chambre est vaste propre. On regrettera une offre limitée de chaîne de télévision, et le manque de sèche cheveux et de plateau de courtoisie. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les produits sont de qualité. J’ai été réveillé par le bruit extérieur, ce qui est très négatif.

J’ai eu une Chambre du côté de l’axe A86 et je peux vous dire que la fenêtre de la chambre ne sert à rien car c’est comme si nous étions au bord de la route donc aucune isolation phonique alors que mettre à hotel au bord de route pas de soucis mais ne pas mette de fenêtre anti bruit est une honte aux constructeurs, je ne referais pas cet hôtel sa cnest sur malgré un très bon accueil

C'est notre troisième séjour au sein de l'hotel, les deux premieres fois nous avons du avoir de la chance au niveau des chambres (mieux placées et pas communicantes) mais cette fois ci le sejour était bien moins agréable. La chambre communicante est une catastrophe niveau isolation on entend absolument tout chez les voisins. Au niveau localisation de la chambre nous étions du côté de la route et c'est extremement bruyant toute la nuit. Ce séjour était assez décevant Autre point que je trouve catastrophique c'est le côté humain de l'hôtel, nous avions réservé une chambre pour ma mère en meme temps que nous pour 5 jours mais celle-ci a eu une urgence medicale et a été emmené a l'hôpital où elle est toujours. L'hôtel a refusé le remboursement pour cas de force majeur sous pretexte de leur "politique générale". C'est ce point qui nous fera éviter cet hotel lors de nos prochains passages à Rosny-sous-Bois
