"日本語の話せる現地スタッフさんがいました。ルガノ中心地までは歩くと20分くらいかかります。１駅イタリア寄りのParadissoからは徒歩７分ぐらいですが、駅からは下り、帰りは登りで、かなり勾配がきついです。宿泊中バスは無料で使えます。"

"駐車場が近く屋根がありよかった。レストランは一つしかなかったが料理がとても美味しく繊細な料理だった。特に牛肉料理は材料の質が高かった。食後はラウンジにて生演奏が楽しめた。フロントマンの対応やレストランのサービマンは愛嬌がなく残念でした。"
