Ultra-modern and in a newly built building, a stone\'s throw from the Lido of Locarno, carefully decorated and furnished, LINDA TERRACE is ideal for visiting the city of Locarno on foot and as a starting point for getting around all of Ticino!



The bright kitchen, equipped with an oven and dishwasher, opens into a room illuminated by large windows, with a dining table for 4 a sitting area with a sofa and Smart TV;  there is also the large terrace for dining and relaxing, equipped with a table for 4-6 people, deckchairs and a view of Peace Park.  

The bedroom has a double bed, so the apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also ideal for families or groups of friends: the sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). 

Everything is complemented by two bathrooms: one complete with shower stall, and a second service bathroom with washing machine and dryer.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



Parking is private in the condominium garage. (max dimensions: L:5.20m, W:2.40m, H:2.20m)



The building also offers guests a bicycle storage room.

This charming apartment is in a fantastic location, and because of this it offers the unique opportunity to experience Locarno at its best: it allows you to stay in the tranquility of nature, but at the same time to quickly reach any service, e.g. clothing stores, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. 

With just a few steps you can access the 1.5-km-long Percorso Vita and the Parco della Pace; a short distance away is the world-famous Locarno Falconry; going along Lake Maggiore to the south you arrive at the Parco delle Camelie; Piazza Grande, the main square that hosts the most stores and, in August, the Locarno Film Festival, is only 1.2 km away. 

To reach what is perhaps the best attraction of all, the Lido di Locarno, on the other hand, all you need to do is walk for just five minutes. Inside the structure you can enjoy indoor and outdoor swimming pools, slides, fitness activities and a lakeside park.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A13 motorway, take the Locarno exit and set the GPS: in a few minutes you will arrive at the apartment.

By train, from Locarno station you can take a nice 20-minute walk on the lake to the apartment. Alternatively, take bus no. 3 towards \"Locarno, Delta Maggia\" for 4 stops and get off at \"Locarno, Lido\". In 3 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment. Also, take bus no. 4 in the direction of \"Locarno, Residenza Lido\" for 7 stops and get off at the \"Locarno, Sacra Famiglia\" stop. In 5 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
