「It was a lovely stay, just one night before a day at bike park wales.
I was told to leave the bike in the hall way and it was fine there.
Parking was tight with a bike rack on so i dropped it to get the car over as far as i could.
The room was beautifully decorated, bed comfy, shower amazing and the whole place was quiet. 」
「The reception staff went over and above to be helpful. The rooms were excellent and it's the best night's sleep I've ever had. Breakfast was amazing too, with all tastes catered for. But the welcome we received from the lovely receptionist made it for me, a credir to the hotel.」
「Booked it same day, the room was on the 4th floor and as it was during the heatwave, was a bit warm, they did provide us with couple of fans that helped. It was a lovely room with a sofa, TV and vanity table. A nice view of trees and sunset. It was clean everywhere. 」
「Lovely studio, but 2 things to address:
1 - the shower is not powerful when the heat is turned up.
2- The bed is 2 singles joined together, it's on wheels, any movement and the bed just slides across the floor, maybe change the wheels to locking wheels, simple fix
But I'd definitely stay again, lovely little studio.」

「Lovely grounds, lovely upstairs suite, excellent breakfast, great pool area, hot tub not as hot as expected. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again. Suggest you indicate in advance if you have mobility issues, as we loved being upstairs but did not know in advance.」
「Lovely hotel the staff are very pleasant and helpful, car parking at rear is a little tight to get into as the entrance st the side of the hotel is quite narrow, the rooms are very cosy and quiet would definitely stay here again.」

on arrival the staff could not be more helpful and polite
then up to the room very clean and well presented with a massive comfy bed
we then went down into the Bistro to enjoy a lovely cooked meal once again with great services
