     5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Protaras Villa 1453.

     This beautiful property features a large 4x8m overflow pool and is conveniently located in one of the best areas of Pernera, just a few minutes walk to the beach and all amenities. Despite being very central, the villa is situated in a quiet area within a small development of just 12 houses.

     Within a 3-minute walk from the villa, you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars, cafes, a supermarket, a water park, and shops.

     The ground floor of the villa features an open plan living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and gaming console, as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen. The entire ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area, which provides a nicely secluded space.

     On the upper floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double room, a twin room, and the family bathroom.

     Protaras Villa 1453 is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi internet access. It also has central heating. The central Protaras Strip and Sunrise Beach are only a 15-minute walk away, and Pernera Centre is just about a 3-minute walk away.

     Protaras is a more family-oriented resort that caters to children of all ages. It features the best beaches in Cyprus, with crystal-clear waters and white sand. The most famous beaches, including the Blue Flag Awarded Fig Tree Bay, Sunrise Beach, Pernera, and Konnos Bay, offer various water sports activities such as water skiing, scuba diving, flyfish, windsurfing, SUP, sailing, and deep-sea fishing.

     Overall, Protaras Villa 1453 offers a comfortable and convenient stay in a family-friendly environment, with easy access to the beautiful beaches and amenities of Protaras.

Definitely not a 5 star villa. Very tired property in need of maintenance. Garden furniture broken and in of need replacing. No mirrors in 2 bedrooms, which made life difficult with 6 adults. However good location and could be a lovely villa with some TLC
