「清潔感有り。 ハウスキーピングは、清掃担当者により、サービスのバラつきが有る。 浴槽の掃除は、あまり綺麗では無い。 場所が悪く、移動に不便。 日本語では、通じない。英語が必要。 セキュリティーは、良い。ルームカードが無いと、エレベーターが動かないのは、良い設備。 利用したい施設も併設しているが、言葉が通じないと利用出来ない。」

「Staff were warm: the front desk upgraded my room for free, and housekeeping kept it tidy daily. The room had a cozy bed, strong AC, and clean bathroom. Will come back and recommend it!」

「What Could Have Been - The cozy duplex looked fantastic in the photos, sized just right for our family and had so much potential to be an amazing Christmas in Guangzhou, but alas.. the upkeep (or lack thereof) of items inside and missed attention to hygiene turned off my family so much we had to seek to cancel rest of our stay shortly after arrival.
