I traveled with my 7-year-old daughter, and many of the staff remembered her name, which made her feel so welcomed and happy. She had a wonderful time, and we were both extremely satisfied with our stay.」

「For going to Elephant Sanctuary in Hazyview, we stayed at this hotel nearby. We spend a night at sweet villa, it was nice. However, insects such as mosquitoes came in the room as it is in nature. Even though we had already paid to Hotel.com at checkout, the hotel staff was saying that we had paid only a deposit and we should pay rest of the amount. So we try to show a confirmation number from Hotel.com and to call Hotel.com to make sure. Shortly thereafter, the staff said that without calling,...
