"We booked through a 3rd party, and the room booked wasn't available. The staff were very apologetic and we actually received 50% off the room rate, when all we asked was to make sure we only paid for the rate for the room we ended up with. Loved the atmosphere in the bar and outdoor seating. Will definitely book again if we go that direction."
