We originally chose this house due to its carport behind a locked gate. We left an item behind and the owner replied immediately and arranged for us to pick it up. Very clean and tidy, and air conditioner was on when we arrived so it was very comfortable when we walked in.There was a reserved parking spot for the rental, but it was occupied by what looked like the "sound" equipment vehicles for the live music at the beer garden that night.
