The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The lobby and common areas were clean, stylish, and inviting. My room was spacious and very comfortable. It included all the essentials—strong A/C, free WiFi, a cozy bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—it was far better than what most hotels offer, with plenty of hot and cold options. I also appreciated having access to a fitness center and indoor pool, which made my stay more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Lubbock, and I always felt safe on the property. "Great facility, looks new and well taken care of. Price was reasonable and location is convenient. Breakfast was good. Only complain being cloth hangers were too high and short people couldn't reach them. And there's no liners in the trash cans. Otherwise great place to stay if you are passing by! "
