「Five minutes after booking this hotel I realized it was in the wrong town. When I tried to cancel the hotel refused to refund my money. They said that it was against policy. I had to pay $80 for a room I didn't use. 」

「Bathroom appeared dirty — hair in the shower, bath map damp. Ice machine broken. Electric outlets were iffy for charging devices.」
