"Staff were welcoming, room was clean, lots of amenities. Only issue we had was that the tub drained very slowly. We had to wait thirty plus min before someone could shower due to the amount of water in the tub. "

"Parking right in front. Cows out back! A big noisy truck parked across the street for part of the evening but earplugs took care of that. The bathroom sink had hot and cold cross-plumbed but the attendant lady helped us sort that out. Likewise when we needed more than a single pack of coffee for two mornings. Be aware that there is not much in Tropic, UT so the kitchen comes in handy! The next town over is not much more developed. We kind of liked the isolation."

"Many aspects of this property are run down, but the room itself was clean, the beds were fine and the heater/air-conditioning was quiet. The property is 5 miles from town so very quiet. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient. "
