"The location is the best part with a wonderful view of the hills. Its around 5 km before Panchgani town. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The rooms are clean, comfortable. The Wifi is not very strong in the rooms so one has to come to lobby for that. Area of improvement: 1. Tea / Coffee kettle in room. 2. Newspaper 3. Wider breakfast choice"

"Really enjoyed our weekend at the Ravine..the breakfast had great options every day and the food quality is excellent! The staff is very courteous and attentive ! Views from the valley view room are fantastic! Overall a very good place to have a nice, relaxing holiday! We would definitely visit again! "

"The room had non working shower, no toilet tissue no soap or any supplies including no coffee or tea bags. The toilet had cleaning tape but on opening WC there was a used toilet tissue floating. Linen when changed had hair on it at least 3 pieces"

"Its far from the panchgani hub/market place. No shops nearby so if you dont have a car, gwtting basic things is a challenge. The non view rooms' windows open right on the road. It has a restaurant that only serves veg thali price 250 bucks. They do get ala carte from a nearby restaurant but min order 500 so dint order that. Thali was ok. What was most dissapointing was the shady kind of rooms. Creaky doors and creaky bed was uncomfortable in the night. I wouldnt want to go there even for staying...
