Welcome to Majestic Beach Tower 1 Unit 304!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath direct oceanfront condo sleeps 8 and is conveniently located on the 3rd floor. This is the same floor as the parking garage/unloading area so no need to wait for elevators when checking in or unloading groceries. The resort is located in central Panama City Beach which is one of the most desirable locations and is close to everything from local attractions, grocery stores and restaurants.
Majestic Beach Tower is family friendly and has something for everyone!

*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hand soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.

*Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay

*Chair rentals behind Majestic is provided by Goin' to the Beach and reservations can be made on the Beachy App.

**Parking:
Beginning January 1, 2024, Majestic guest will register their vehicle(s) through the registration system, GuestSVCS, prior to arrival.
A license plate reader will be located at the entrance of the parking garage that will read the plates of the incoming vehicles and raise the gate arm for the registered vehicles.

After booking, you will receive an email from GuestSVCS providing a link where you will register your vehicle(s) and pay for parking directly through the service.
Should you have any changes before your arrival (add/remove vehicles), you will be able to update your information using the link provided up until the day and time of check-in.
Parking cost: $40 per vehicle *2 vehicle max

Beautiful Condo!

My family and I loved our stay here! The place was very clean, check in was a breeze, it is well stocked for cooking, it has a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, toys, wagon) includes beach towels, and the beds are super comfortable! It is walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was very quiet at night, even on New Years Eve! The views are amazing, watching sunsets over the gulf from the balcony is one of my favorite things to do here. We were all very sad to leave, and we're looking forward to coming back. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing property and the owners have thought of everything!

We were impressed with the descriptions and pictures in the listing and were even more so once we arrived at the condo! It was immaculate and beautiful, with everything g listed and shown in the pictures and so much more! Things to do on the beach for the family and the adults! Everything needed to cook for the family! Linens, towels and basic cleaning items were found throughout and were all in good order! We would definitely stay at this location again, and give kudos to Kristy for an amazing job on an awesome property! She was also very responsive before, during and after our stay!

MAYBE THE BEST CONDO

This is a great condo. It was clean. It was well stocked. It was well decorated. It has possibly the best location in the building since it is on the 3rd floor and so is the parking lot crosswalk. The check in process was easy. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We plan to stay here again. Maybe the best condo we have ever stayed in. 5 STARS.

Great beach trip!

My best friend and I are educators and booked this condo for our kids for a quick spring break trip. I am from Panama City Beach and moved away a few years ago. I've booked the Majestic Beach Towers for a staycation before so I was familiar with the property. This unit was recently updated, extremely clean, and very convenient. Pros: The condo has one of the best loading and unloading areas of the condos I have stayed at. The third floor of the parking deck connects to a building located behind Majestic (activities building). There are parking spots there with luggage carts. You can unload there and then park your car, rather than wait for the handful of spots at the bottom of the condo tower, and then deal with crossing traffic to get the parking deck. Bonus: this unit is located on the third floor. So, unload your car, park, then just use the skybridge to walk over Front Beach Road, and you are at your unit. -NO WAITING ON ELEVATORS! This is always an annoyance to me. Who wants to spend 10-15 minutes waiting to get on an elevator only to see it stop on your floor and be packed? However, this was even more important to me as I have no desire to be crammed in an elevator with strangers during COVID. Just a short walk and a few steps and you are at the pool and beach! - This unit had everything you could need for your vacation. The closet in the hall is full of beach chairs, floats, sand toys, and anything you might have forgotten for the beach. There is a basket of beach towels in case you forgot yours. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer, along with detergent and dryer sheets. There is a keurig and k-cups too! -Newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. -Conveniently located off at the corner of Churchwell and Front Beach Road. Probably not as big of a deal to many, but dealing with beach traffic is not my jam since I lived there for many years! As a local we know all of the best routes to avoid the worst traffic. Churchwell connects Hutchison to Front Beach and rarely has traffic since there is nothing on the street. You can turn onto a side street that connects to the Majestic parking deck. Point here is: no driving on Front Beach unless you want to, major plus in my book! -This unit is ADA compliant and is wheelchair accessible. Cons: -Majestic is one of the "older" condos when the housing market boomed in the mid 2000s and all the new high-rise condos started going up. It is further away from Pier Park because it was built prior.

Family Spring Break Trip

Amazing stay!!!! Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. View and tall chairs on the balcony were awesome!! Resort was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the amenities such as Starbucks and the H20 restaurant for snacks and drinks. Staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. Owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay again next time we are in PCB!!!!

I was happy with the location. Parking was a bit tricky. Tight parking garage. Friendly staff. The condo was clean. Had to wash towels because we were only given a small amount. But very happy overall. Loved being on the 3rd floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach and Baseball

Our family of four was in town for a tournament and this unit had everything we needed and more. The owners were very responsive and we were impressed with all the extras they left for our use including fans, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, games, starter cleaning products for the bathroom, laundry and kitchen, hair dryer, hair curler, and more. The unit was clean, updated and we would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this condo. It was spotless and we loved all the extras provided in the condo especially the closet with all the chairs, wagon, and beach toys. Not having to pack all that was a huge plus for us. We also loved all the pools, snack bars, and the great fitness center on this property.

This place was everything!

Beautiful condo! Our favorite part hands down was the closet with all the beach items needed! It was so nice not having to travel with beach chairs/wagon/beach toys. They even had a basket of beach towels. By far my favorite condo EVER!

I knew from the start I wouldn't regret booking this room. Kristy was very prompt in responding to my messages and very friendly. The condo has more than enough room to accommodate everyone and was fully stocked with what is needed for a vacation. This was my first time to visit PCB and the location was perfect. First time in PCB

We had a fantastic vacation in PCB. This was our first time visiting PCB, as well as first time using VRBO. We could not have been happier with this condo. It was beautiful, clean and close to everything. It also had everything we needed, plus more. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions we had. Amazing vacation all around!
