Great place, amazing view!!

Our stay at Sterling Breeze was great, we had amazing view of the ocean, beautiful sand and beach!! We recommend this place , was very clean and spacious for our family, everything you need, exactly like in the description and checking in was very easy!!

Beautiful views and convenient location

This condo was great. It had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Parking was easy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Great Place

The property inside was clean and nicely appointed, unfortunately the floor of the balcony was very dirty. To such an extent that it came in on the bottom of your shoes - shame as the appartment is beautifully turned out.

Best location in the building. We loved the location and layout

Loved the 4th floor location, walked right across from the parking lot over the crosswalk, and never had to catch the elevator. The pool is was fantastic, met so many great folks there and at the fire pit. Hard to beat the location, right on the beach, no high rises to your east, pier park right across the street and make SURE to check out Dustys oyster bar.. im now addicted!!

Unit was exceptional. Clean, comfortable and just no problems or issues. Sonja with Warren Beach Rentals was a doll. SO helpful. Cant wait to return.. Stay here, you wont be disappointed!

Great Condo

Perfection

We visit PCB several times a year and this is by far one of our favorite condos. It is a great location and easily accessible. Gorgeous decor, extremely clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book here again.

Great condo!!

I was hesitant on the condo bc walking through sterling breeze was a little out dated but the condo was up to date, beautiful, clean and a fantastic view looking out to the ocean! :) it was close to fun activities and seemed to be a safe area in the evenings! I definitely recommend staying here!!

Overall experience was great. The first two days were a little rainy and the water wasn’t pretty, but it cleared it and we had an awesome stay. Rooms were very clean with spectacular views.

Delightful Stay

We had a great time at Sterling Breeze. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. We loved the condo. Very tastefully decorated and everything we needed. Love working with Warren Beach rentals. If there are any issues they are quick to respond and fix it. Can't wait for next year.

Senior Spring break

Sterling breeze is a great location...you have the convenience of Pier Park, but a small time feel in this building. This unit, specifically, is gorgeous, the 4th floor location makes the stairs easily accessible during busy elevator times. Huge condo, beautiful view, we would rent again.

Spring break 2024

We have stayed at Sterling Breeze many times and love the convenience of the location, but less crowded than other larger resorts! With the exception of one elevator wing down and prolonged wait time this year, all was great! 401 was beautiful! It had lots of room and all kitchen accessories needed for the week! We arrived and was able to check in early also!

This condo was as advertised, very clean, beautiful view, well-stocked kitchen. It was good to have 3 bathrooms with 6 of us including 4 teens. The only negative was that the bunk bed mattresses were not very comfortable - would be ok for younger kids.

Fun in the Sun

Condo was decorated nicely. Master bed was comfortable. Bathrooms nice and large. Great ocean view. My 17, 20 and 22 year olds slept in the bunks that are more suitable for young children- very noisy and unsteady. Had to call maintenance for two issues but they were very prompt and fixed both concerns well.

Great Vacation, only one thing...

The description, location, and experience was great overall. However, whichever company is contracted to clean the condo needs to do better. Old snack wrappers left behind furniture, dust covered lamps, appliances/accessories, dirty toilets, and the floor was so dirty we opted to wear shoes the entire time. I have pictures to back up what I'm claiming, but the VRBO website does not have an option to upload photos. We had a great time at the beach and the local restaurants/shops. It just left us wishing our cleaning fee would have given us a clean condo to vacation in.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!

You can stop searching for another condo because you just found the perfect one! Everything about our recent 7 night stay was perfect! The renovations and beachy decor are perfect and tastefully done. Everything is brand new! Honestly, the property owners and manager thought of everything! We were 2 families traveling together (2 couples + 4 kids) and we had plenty of room...LOVE how the kids' bunk room is down the hall! Beach & pool area were both beautiful and very clean. Parking garage walk-over was just 2 floors down - super convenient! The Warren family (property manager Warren Beach Rentals) were absolutely wonderful to work with - very easy to reach & always communicated promptly. We were honesty sad to leave - we made such amazing memories in this beautiful condo. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
