Welcome to the luxurious “Palm Tree Paradise” located in the Prominence community on the beautiful and scenic 30a in Watersound, Florida. You will love our professionally decorated and spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home. Palm Tree Paradise is well equipped for families of all sizes. The bright large open living area is great for gathering, entertaining, relaxing and enjoying time together. Cook family meals in the well equipped kitchen with gas cooktop. Dine at the large island or the dining table for 6. Have your coffee outside in the warm sun on the peaceful deck with steps down to the green space. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms to unwind after a day of fun in the sun. The master bedroom suite is equipped with a king bed, large walk-in shower and double vanity. Queen bedroom with shared tub/shower bathroom. Bunk room with queen bed under two twin beds will be completed in June 2023! Bedroom 3 currently has a queen bed. Enjoy driving our complimentary 6 seater golf cart while you explore what has made 30a a top US destination, or take a ride on the 5 adult beach cruiser bikes (1 child bike) provided. You will find the garage stocked with beach gear including 6 folding beach chairs, a cool cabana, 6 beach towels and beach toys.

Enjoy the perfectly planned community of Prominence and all its amenities. Just steps from Palm Tree Paradise is the 5000 sqft resort style north pool with a zero depth entrance, cabanas, fitness room, dining pavilion, grills (located by pool), and bath houses. A short walk across 30a you will find the south pool with fire pit and bath houses as well as The Big Chill (formerly The HUB). There you will find live music, movie nights, restaurants, shopping, and catch a game on the big screen! Prominence is situated near the beautiful beach towns of Rosemary and Seacrest to the east and Seaside/Grayton beach to the west!

There are numerous nearby convenient beach accesses.

Gulf Lakes Beach Access is 1 Mile to the east. This beach entrance is perfectly accessible by bike and has bike racks available.

Deer Lake State Park is newly renovated and 0.5 miles to the West. The access has a small parking area for cars, golf carts, and bikes. There is a daily $3 parking charge. This access also has bathrooms.

Santa Clara Beach Access also has bathrooms and parking. This access is 3.5 miles to the west.

30a has more to offer than just beautiful beaches. As you cruise down 30a you will notice lots of outdoor activities such as paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, biking and more. Our favorite pastime is stopping at the different beach towns to enjoy the delicious food and quant coffee shops. Shopping is always a hit with so many unique boutiques to visit.

30a is truly is an experience like no other. We welcome you to Palm Tree Paradise, your new favorite vacation destination.

Amazing Vacation!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect because it is right in the middle of all the little beach towns. They provided a golf cart, bikes, and beach gear which was so helpful and convenient. The owners were so fast to respond when messaged and were so nice. I would highly recommend this property to everyone!
