ABOUT THE HOME: Emerald Escape is a charming home in Inlet Beach that is ideal for your next family getaway on 30A. With four bedrooms, including one on the main floor, plus a sleeper sofa in the entertainment space, this home provides plenty of room for a multigenerational family and multiple families visiting together. The open concept living, dining and kitchen space will keep everyone connected during your time at the beach.

ABOUT THE AREA: Inlet Beach is conveniently located adjacent to Rosemary Beach and is an easy walk or bike ride to Inlet Public Beach, the famous Donut Hole and 30A Avenue Shops featuring 7+ restaurants, boutiques and a yoga studio. For a day of adventure, check Camp Helen State Park (next to Inlet Beach) featuring a coastal dune lake where you can rent kayaks and YOLO paddle boards to take you straight to their pristine beach! There's plenty of parking, restrooms, picnic tables and much more. There is an entry fee of $4 per vehicle. After all the fun in the sun, there are endless dining options at 30Avenue Shops, Barrett's Square in Rosemary, and Pier Park in Panama City Beach. And an added bonus, Inlet Casita is just 9 miles from Frank Brown Park where several youth tournaments are held each year.

BEACH ACCESS: 2-3 blocks to the south on Orange street you are at one of several Inlet beach public access points. One of 30A's best beaches where you have space to spread out as well as important amenities like parking, bathrooms, showers, and lifeguards in the summer season. It's also easy access via a ramp so no stairs to climb.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

We had the BEST time at Inlet Beach. The property was beautiful, clean and very well located. There was a slight mix up because when we booked it, it included a golf cart and then we got there, the Cart was removed from the listing and not there. We communicated with Xóchitl who was wonderful and got it sorted out, and got us the cart that same day. The area is stunning and we will remember these vacations forever. Highly recommend!

Started off on the wrong foot because the listing said the property included a golf cart, but when we arrived, there was no golf cart. We reached out to the property manager via text regarding the missing golf cart to which they responded “it’s only provided during the busy season and that they would not be providing one” despite the listing saying it would. The listing also said it had four bikes when in actuality there were only two. While communicating with the property manager, their response time was delayed so if you need immediate assistance, I would suggest calling rather than texting.Checkout time was at 10 AM however they changed the lock key code at 9 AM and ended up locking us out. We then had to call and wait an extra 30 minutes to get back into the rental. The property itself was nice and clean, but the overall experience was tarnished.

We loved this property! We had five adults and two toddlers staying here and we all felt like we had enough space to be together or find alone time. The location is perfect. We took bike rides daily and we used the golf cart to get to the beach, shops and our favorite… The Donut Hole. We will look forward to returning later in the year.

I was very surprised, 😲 House was very very nice and up to date. Very spacious and kitchen big enough for 2 people to cook but needs kitchen towels next time. We loved the pantry, it was huge. All the bedrooms were nice and all the bed were very comfortable! The bathrooms big and spacious. Close to beach and easy to go to the beach with golf cart which was a huge plus to the stay. I would rent again.
