No matter the season, this home and studio are a great place to retreat at the end of the day. Bright touches and casual beach-inspired decor make for a fun, family-friendly hideaway. The studio behind the home is perfect for a couple. Enjoy unwinding together at the main house on your screened porch. If you're coming from the beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower.

Both the studio and the main house feature central air-conditioning and full kitchens. For a casual meal, the group chef can cook something tasty on the private gas grill.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There's a camera on the front porch facing the screen door, one facing the driveway, one on the back of the main home facing the guest house, and one that is mounted on the guest house facing the front door.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location and property!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the ocean as well as PCB! One thing to note though, guests do not have access to the laundry area so either plan accordingly or plan on visiting a local laundromat.
