Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation so much. The house was right on the beach and make it so easy for families with young children. The private pool was great and fun after a morning on the beach. The house was very spacious and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

Great house on an amazing beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay at this home again. DEFINITELY! The house, and beach, checked all our boxes and more, especially the beach, with its soft white sand, and OMG, the nightly sunsets! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Herman!

Family friends annual getaway

We are two families with young kids who travel together every spring and this house was perfect for us. Great location, private beach access was soooo nice and the kids loved the pool. The pool alarm was nice so the kids could play downstairs and we didn’t have to worry. Herman was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The house was great but the location to the beach was perfect. The private beach access was great to avoid the crowded sections of the beach. We would love to stay here again.

Best home for an all ages family beach trip

PARADISE DEFINITELY FOUND!

Paradise was definitely found at this house! Spacious, clean & comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. The private pool was great! So close to shopping & restaurants! We will definitely go back!

Best location on 30A

This property has the best beach access away from any crowds. We have several grandparents in our group and they really enjoy the easy steps down to the beach. The property is clean and stocked with everything you need. The water views are stunning. Only complaint is that the ice maker does not work well, but it’s very easy to buy a bag of ice!

Amazing Beachfront Relaxation

It’s an amazing property on an amazing spot on the gulf in a terrific neighborhood! Love how so many spots in the house showcase the ocean— the porch is also amazing! The ocean is right there and the beach is private so there aren’t many people. We don’t live near the ocean so we want to soak up as much as we can and that can happen here. When kids tire of the ocean, they love the pool. There is enough space for kids to have their own areas in the house. While there isn’t a master suite (I’ve seen that is pretty much the ‘negative’ comments people do have) Each bedroom (except the first floor bedroom) is attached to a shared bathroom. If you take 2 bedrooms and the attached bathroom— one could make that entire area a private master suite! Ways to work around that because this is an amazing property!

beautiful view and easy beach access.

Great location with easy access to stores, etc. Nice to have a private pool. Best times were on the second floor deck watching the ocean change daily from very still to very large waves as the hurricane came through . Beach very good for walking. Two weeks was not enough. No crowds this time of year, and still warm enough to get in the ocean!!

Amazing Location

My husband decided we were going to start staying on the beach not across from the beach anymore. This place gave us the BEST of both worlds. Pool and Beach in the backyard. We had plenty of room for all of us to stay. We never felt like we were on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great place to spend time with our family.

A Great Family Vacation at Paradise Found.

The living areas in the house were very comfortable for nine people of which only one was <18 years old. With three college-age granddaughters, the bedroom on the lower level was tight. However, the spacious living area outside the bedroom gave them a lot of room to spread out. Access to the private pool and beach was so convenient.

Great Family Spot!

The ocean porch views were our favorite way to start the day. We had five adults and two young kids (5 yo and 2 yo) who enjoyed mornings at the beach (enjoying the chairs from the house each time) and afternoons in the pool. Our adult kids rented bikes mid-week and enjoyed riding around the state park and Rosemary Beach areas. The kitchen area was a gathering place for breakfasts and lunches - the counter bar area was great for feeding the littles and they loved the stools. The neighborhood was very walkable for family walks each night with multiple paths that led to the beach for the sunset and then to get back to the house. A wonderful week at the beach!

Heaven on Earth

Let's just start by saying the pictures of the house don't do it justice. This place was amazing. The house was equipped with everything we needed from top to bottom. Plenty of towels etc. If you want to be secluded and hear nothing but the ocean this is the place . The private beach is exactly that. No one around. Can't wait to rent this property again next year. 🙌🏽

Spectacular location, gorgeous beach house!

This place is perfect! Plenty of room for our family of 8. Busiest week of the season, yet we had nobody within 100 yards of us in the beach, which was literally steps from the back deck. The gated neighborhood ensured we were secure and relatively secluded. Ample kitchen made meal prep and serving easy and fun (and kept us from having to drag everyone out to dinner to compete with a million other vacationers vying for a table at one of the relatively few restaurants). Private pool was perfect after a day on the beach. The weather was 85 and bright sunshine every single day! Will definitely stay at Paradise Found again!

Exactly as Described

We rented the house for the week after Labor Day. Jim was waiting at the house when we arrived. He showed us how everything worked and answered all our questions. The place is amazing. The pictures posted do not do it justice. We had 10 people sharing the house and there was plenty of room. The location is convenient all the thing you need for a beach vacation. I loved the ability to walk out the back door and spend my day on the beach. We will be back.
