Good location

Location was good. Property could have been cleaner. Fronts of cabinets, fans and doors need to be cleaned. A lot of the electrical plugs did not work. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty with food on them.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was just as expected and described in listing. Place was clean and exactly as shown in pictures.Beach chair service was great!Mitch responded almost immediately to questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place

We stayed for a week and the unit was great! Had an ac issue that was addressed right away. Great location! Other than not having an umbrella with our paid chair set up for the last three days (wind conditions), very hot, it was wonderful

Perfect trip

We enjoyed everything about this condo and staying at Aqua. It was across the street from surf shops/restaurants/bar/liquor store. It’s a short walk from the parking garage to the actual condo. The grocery store was a quick 2-3 minute drive with no traffic. We will definitely be back next year.

Great stay

Great stay. Property was great only one very minor complaint. Which is the shower head in the master bath needed some tending to. Other than that our stay was excellent!!! Property was clean with unforgettable view!!!!

May beach get away

We enjoyed our stay. The fourth floor location was great. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was the sofa.

Perfect!

Where to start? The condition of the property was amazing! Everything was kept so clean from the parking garage, the elevators, the hallways, trash chutes, pool area and deck area! The location was perfect for our needs (kids are 10,11,14) Pier park is within walking distance as well as several other attractions! We were extremely happy with our stay here, and will definitely be back!

Yearly vacation

We took our yearly vacation and stayed at The Aqua. Very beautiful affordable place. The balcony on the beachside was gorgeous and peaceful.

Comfortable condo and a great location

We are no strangers to PCB and this is the second year we have stayed at Aqua, first time with Warren Rentals. They have great communication and the condo was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The unit could use some updating, where the laundry door was broken and awkward to open and close. The blinds in the master were partially torn down and when brought to their attention at check in, we were told they would be fixed upon our departure. Luckily we rigged it up slightly or we would have had sunlight streaming in at dawn.

Good spot

Room wasn’t very clean, other than that great spot for our family of 4. Great communication with management, easy access in and out! Check out the pool food and drinks for good service!

It was fine.

over all it’s a nice place. good location, room was nice etc. two things detracted from the experience as i made bad assumptions. there is a small second bedroom with bunk beds which is fine but there is no door on it. makes it difficult to have the kid go to bed and still stay up and watch tv etc. Second the outside pool area is very nice but the outside pools are not heated, not uncommon just wish it was heated, had we had nicer weather it would have been a non issue.
