Welcome to the Casablanca where you will fall in love with our private beach located in Alligator Point, Florida! Sand awaits your toes in this completely reconstructed home that looks and feels like new construction with its nickel gap wood walls, handcrafted wood-beam ceilings, and white-washed wide-planked solid wood floors. Upon entry, you are immediately greeted with views of sea oats and our snowy white sandy beach. The spacious open floor plan has a chef's kitchen inclusive of a double oven with gas stovetop, both a full-size standalone refrigerator and freezer, and an ice maker. Two pantries allow for plenty of storage. The beautiful 10-foot solid wood table opens to the spacious living room with a huge sectional that you can easily relax in after a "hard" day at the beach. The upstairs master suite with a king bed has a private balcony and a luxurious oversized shower that provides unobstructed Gulf views. The large downstairs master suite also has a king bed with a sitting area and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beach. The third master suite with a queen bed is connected to a second family room that provides bay views and has a comfortable pullout sofa when an extra bed is needed. The west wing has a fourth queen bedroom with both gulf and bay views and shares a bathroom with the bay-view bunk room. Never-ending hot water thanks to the tankless Rinnai hot water heater. Enjoy outdoor dining on the covered back porch. There are two washers and dryers (one upstairs and one downstairs). We provide Free high-speed Internet. We also have 5 Smart TVs throughout the Casablanca.

Bring your fishing rods and boat! Our home is approximately 1.25 miles from the Alligator Point Marina and Tiki Bar, and just .25 miles from the boat ramp.

Getting in and out of the Casablanca is a breeze with its ground-level access. No lugging heavy coolers and baggage up flights of stairs! Come ready to unwind. You will soon discover why Alligator Point is Florida's best-kept secret!

A Great Week
We had a great week at Casablanca! The weather was perfect. Our stay was relaxing and quiet. It is an excellent property for a family. There was a problem with the air conditioner upstairs, but the owners responded promptly, and we had no further issues. The owners are delightful.

Wonderful Stay at Casablanca!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious beach house, with floor to ceiling windows, allowing views of both the Bay and Gulf. It was very easy to walk out the back door to the beach and having beach chairs, Kayaks, kickboards etc. on site made it convenient, along with an undercounter ice machine, which kept our Ice chest filled! After a day in the sun the lower deck was perfect for a cookout, and the upper deck was a perfect spot to relax and watch the stars. We plan to return next year for another great beach experience.

This beach house has everything we needed for one of our best beach trips yet!! We had 11 people ranging from ages 1-62. There was plenty of room for all of us! Each family had their own area. Private, yet all together! We had people fishing, kayaking, swimming, shelling, grilling, crabbing and just chilling in the beach. The listing is exactly as shown. We have already requested to book next year!

Totally enjoyed our stay! Owner provided outstanding write up on area attractions, restaurants and nearby towns. House was beautifully decorated and well equipped with many high end appliances, especially the kitchen! I now NEED my own ice maker in my kitchen! House was well maintained, neat and clean. The owners were a pleasure to work with. All in all a most enjoyably week with kids and grandkids! I recommend Casablanca highly and rate it 5-Star!

The title was words out of the mouth of the teens and children in our party more than once. Great beach for sand, sun, kayaking and sea shells! First trip to the area and won’t be our last! We couldn’t ask for better managers and the property was beautiful and well kept!!!

Beach House Perfection!
We loved this property! To say it is a beautiful house is an understatement! The bedrooms are very comfortable and well laid out. Mealtime was a pleasure! We had everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. The pantry, refrigerator, and freezer more than adequately held our food supplies! The ice maker was so convenient, especially with a big family. The family area was the perfect place to gather for a movie after supper. Another great thing about this house is that everyone had their nook for private time. Two more of our favorite things about this house were (1) the showers are magnificent and (2) the upstairs deck was so comfortable and inviting! The beach is only steps away! Nikky Manausa was so easy to communicate with and made our trip enjoyable with great suggestions and information about Alligator Point and the surrounding area. Casablanca is the perfect house for our big group! We hope to return soon. 😎

Amazing Home!
We could not have picked a better home to stay in. Super clean and beautiful! We loved staying right on the beach. The lay out of the home is perfect for privacy in each bedroom. Having two washers and dryers made laundry MUCH more convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal you would want to prepare - but there are also plenty of places within 20-30 minutes to get a delicious meal! Highly recommend Panacea Pizza for a casual and affordable meal! If you want a beach vacation away from the tourist attractions Alligator Point is perfect!

Very nice with all the amenities we needed. Beautiful minimalist decor, and lots of natural light I’m not fond of clutter so I loved it! It was also, nice to come in and out of the house without going up and down the usually steep stairs you find at beach homes. From the inside of the house you have a beautiful view of both the ocean/beach in the back and the bay in front. Casa Blanca could use a storage building for all the beach items left outside on the ground around the back of the house. Also, would have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the front porch to enjoy the beautiful bayside sunset. Overall it’s a great place to stay! 5 star!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One last comment: Nikky the owner was wonderful to give us information about the area, restaurants and wildlife. She was also, very prompt in answering our email questions.
