「Nice hotel, nice views, perfect beach for swimming with no sargassum (unlike the south coast that got whacked). Of note; almost all rooms require the shuttle. 「I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The problems started at check-in, where the front desk staff was unprofessional and rude. The employee helping us stopped halfway through our check-in to take a phone call, leaving us waiting nearly 40 minutes before returning with no apologies or additional information about the resort.
