"I was so surprised to see how beautiful this house is inside — absolutely gorgeous! Even the taxi driver was shocked when he saw it. Although I only rented one room, I had full use of the entire house upstairs and downstairs, and I was the only guest during my stay. " Wonderful Family Stay! We had a fantastic family trip to Coconut Bay Resort! It’s only five minutes from the airport — perfect after traveling with our two-year-old. The staff truly stood out — friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to have concierge service, which made our first family vacation stress-free. We loved Silk, the Asian-themed restaurant — amazing food, ambiance, and service. The Italian restaurant was also great, and the Beach Hut offered delicious poolside options. The resort is very clean, with newly renovated rooms that felt fresh and modern. Our son loved the pool and water slide, and the mocktail menu for kids was a nice touch. A few small notes: pre-arrival dinner reservation help would’ve been great since our flight delay caused late bookings. Also, we learned about the concierge phone and nightly snack service (like chips and salsa) only at the end — would’ve been nice to have throughout. Overall, fantastic staff, great food, and family-friendly atmosphere — we’d absolutely stay again! "
