There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. The outdoor balcony with unique hammock, swing, and jacuzzi tub was our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee and their incredible breakfast! They provided cozy housecoats as well that keep you warm on the chilly mornings. Javier was amazing. So personable, thoughtful and kind. I loved all the small details put into the cabins and the cheery burst of color in the decor. The property is gorgeous and a great place to spend time :)"
