We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening .

I had the worst hotel experience of my life here! The shower had a cheap plastic shower head that was broken when my daughter first tried to take a shower. The shower head disconnected from its base and couldn’t be used. We reported the issue and a staff member worked on it and said it was fixed. Then my son tried to take a shower and the shower head disconnected from its base even more. It had been 2 days without a functioning shower at this point. I told the staff as we left that we would need the shower fixed or a new room when we returned in the afternoon. Well, when we returned a very large, male staff member stopped my children and I as we were entering the hotel. He told me that shower was not broken before we arrived and therefore I would have to pay to replace the shower head. First he said it would be $200 and then said $100. I know for a fact these plastic shower heads are about $30. Never in my life have I been extorted during a hotel stay! I did not feel safe there with my kids, especially because there was no additional lock inside the room to secure it at night. If they could try to steal from me what else might this person do. I immediately left the hotel. I then contacted Expedia who refused to refund the last night of our stay at the hotel even knowing that the hotel tried to force me to pay $200 for their broken shower in the middle of my stay. Not only would I NEVER stay at this hotel again, I will also never use Expedia again! Extremely disappointing
