In addition, this snowbird-friendly condo situated in a gated, resort-like community, grants you access to entertaining on-site amenities such as six sparkling pools, a big main heated pool with a hot tub, two tennis courts, and golf course within walking distance. One of the pools is right across from the condo!

Upon entering this air-conditioned beauty, you are greeted by a bright and colorful living area with inviting sofas and nice open space. Spread out comfortably after a day in town and get ready for an entertaining evening at home playing numerous board games, puzzles, and more at your disposal. The condo also features a smart TV with streaming, local channels, and a DVD player for additional entertainment. The well-stocked kitchen enjoys all the major appliances needed to prepare tasty homemade meals and treats for the crew. Outside, the condo boasts an open patio in the front and a secluded patio in the back shaded by beautiful bougainvillea with seating and a gas grill - perfect for summertime barbecues! If you are lucky enough, you may pick oranges, lemons, and grapefruit present in abundance in the blooming season. Additionally, the outdoor lights are low in this beautiful resort community so you can enjoy and stargaze at the breathtaking skylights of Palm Springs. Extra perks include a washer/dryer and additional sleeping space for two downstairs.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Delightful

The condo was just lovely. Very well stocked with the essentials and then so many extras. The pictures are very accurate. Negative is lack of hot water/water pressure for the shower, no sidewalks away from the property however it is walking distance to trader joes. The golf course. And the amusement park. And unfortunately it is directly below planes coming in to land. They do not fly in the evening overnight or early morning. If you are getting there before the 4:00 check in be sure to ask if you can check in early. Thank you for a lovely stay.
