Spacious common areas, ample seating for both lounging and dining, and entertainment galore. Unique to this home is an Infinity Game Table which has some family favorite games that are all digitally embedded in this amazing table. Will keep all ages entertained for hours. 

Outdoor dining & sitting area, BBQ grill, and sun loungers for the adults . . . with plenty of fun activities in the backyard for the younger ones including a putting green, bocce ball court, and cornhole. There's also your own private "beach" for some fun in the sand or you can opt to meander into the garage where you will find a ping pong table & tabletop shuffleboard. There is a backyard entrance to the garage for added convenience.

Pool Heat
Pool heat is an additonal charge of $65 per day.  Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to have the pool heated. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-City Ordinance requires guests to sign a "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID before arrival.
