Beautiful home close to dog park
We stayed here to visit family nearby and wanted to have our own place. They provided treats for our dog which was a nice touch. The check in process was easy and Jerry was able to let us check in early. Communication was easy and Jerry got back to us quickly when we had questions. The house was beautiful! A couple of quick notes:
- We were not allowed to touch settings for pool, but one of main reasons we chose this location was because of the hot tub.... which was never ever hot. The pool settings were warmer than the hot tub, which I was a little disappointed about. The pool guy comes during the week, which we were surprised to see because the master bathroom was not close to the master bedroom at all and was not expecting to see a stranger in the backyard while walking in a towel...
- The gardener also came during the visit. If you are WFH like we were, just be cautious of the noise.
- The master bedroom is a little misleading as you do NOT have your own personal bathroom. The bathrooms are shared. This was not a problem for us, however just wanted to note that for potential renters, who expect under the listing that the master bedroom has their own personal bathroom.
-The neighbor across the street kept an eye on us like a neighborhood watch and felt like he went outside to check us out everytime we went to our car. It did not feel very welcoming.
