Welcome to the Grand Bahama. An updated condo in South PS with Mountain Views.

Grand Bahama is located in a quiet condo community in the highly desirable South Palm Springs. This updated condo offers everything needed for a comfortable stay (minimum 30 days). You'll feel right at home in this beautiful space. Kick off your shoes and relax in midcentury modern style. Gaze at the beautiful views of Mt. San Jacinto while you sip coffee on the patio or the couch. Go for a dip in the heated pool or jacuzzi, play a relaxed game of tennis or pickle ball at the tennis courts.

You may even catch site of a road runner or bunnies passing by. Both bedrooms have Nectar beds with pillow top covers for a comfortable nights sleep. Kitchen has all the basics to meet your cooking needs including a Kurieg. Park in the garage and walk right in.

This property is close to Pepper Tree shopping center, Downtown PS, Hiking trails and golf courses.

Very Grand

The grand Bahama is indeed grand. As advertised the unit is clean and spacious. It's been tastefully renovated, the kitchen is great, fluffy towels, high end hangers and lots of them, a good selection of books, games pool toys, racquets and balls for both pickleball and tennis. Tristan and Virginia provide prompt responses to any questions. We look forward to many more visits here.

Great place in Sunrise Villas

There are many units in Sunrise Villas, but this is a rare one with a nice view and very near a heated pool. Everything was great.

Beautiful villa with a great view

We really enjoyed our 3 month stay in this villa. It had virtually everything we needed. The view from the back patio of the San Jacinto mountains is breathtaking. And the pool was just a few short steps from the villa. The beds were as comfortable as any I have ever slept in. Great kitchen and living room as well.

Highly Recommended

This condo was even better than described. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we really felt at home. The pool and tennis courts were practically in our backyard. The location was perfect for exploring Palm Springs and very convenient to everything (the supermarket is five minutes away). Yet, you're in a park-like setting with green grass, fruit trees, and dramatic mountain views. Highly recommended.

Grand Bahama is Grand :)

A wonderfully fresh and updated property with a perfect Palms Springs mid century vibe. We have never rented a more well stocked vacation property, from nice towels to a complete kitchen. The tennis courts were terrific as was the pool. We really enjoyed this unit and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Great @ Grand Bahama

Upon arriving at Grand Bahamas I entered an immaculately clean and tastefully decorated home. Early breakfast on the patio watching the sun rise with cheerful birds greeting the day was perfection. Strategically located, Grand Bahamas is both secure and elegant. Hosts were attentive, kind and considerate. I would definitely return to Grand Bahamas sooner rather than later.
