- The community weekend barista service is available seasonally and closed for the summer

This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are on the left side of the house facing the pool area and side yard, 1 camera is on the side of the house facing the backyard, and 1 camera is on the front of the house facing the driveway.
