A spacious corner unit with lovely side yard and a panoramic view that includes a two car garage, large living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. It is fully furnished, with a fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher and barbecue. Located close to shops and restaurants in the Monterey County Club. New Flooring throughout. With the booking you will have access to 37 pools and spas. The property is in a gated community. It also has a side yard.

Beautiful place with beautiful views

We stayed here for a week to attend the Stagecoach Festival and it couldn’t have been in a better location! So close to main shopping centers/restaurants and bars. The condo itself is situated on a country club which has amazing views of the golf courses, it is very close to 2 pools too. The condo was very clean and spacious, it has everything you need for your stay. Patti was very quick to answer any questions we had, lovely host.

Holiday Visit

Property is in an older community but obviously well-maintained.. Furnishings are tassteful and comfortable. My daughter, her husband and his parents used this property. It is very close to our community and the grandkids stayed withme and my wife. Moving back and forth between the properties was easy. There was a minor plumbing issue at the property which was resolved in less than 24 hours during the holiday season. Patti is a most acomodating and responsible host.

This was our third year in a row and plan to return again next year. Everything was great as always, very large spacious unit and big corner lot close to front entrance. Patricia is a wonderful host, always responds quickly and I highly recommend her place!

Perfect April getaway

This home is in a great location (convenient to El Paseo and many other restaurants and stores on Hwy 111) lots of private outdoor space that gets both morning and afternoon sun. The kitchen was well stocked with staples as well. The onsite amenities are very nice - pools, hot tubs, gym, pickleball as well as golf. Was also able to easily cycle throughout the property. Bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds and linens we’ve experienced at a rental. Towels were super absorbent and fluffy. Very nice propane grill as well. Only recommendation would be to update the shower heads. Typical of an older condo the shower heads are quite low which was a challenge for my husband who’s 6’2”. Would definitely book again!

This property totally exceeded expectations. It was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Clean and quiet gated community. Patio with umbrella tables for breakfast. Private courtyard with bougainvillea, pride of Barbados, and citrus and palm trees. Landscaper/lawn maintenance weekly kept the place looking tip-top. Would stay here again--in a heartbeat!

Fantastic!

Lovely condo. Tastefully decorated and clean. Very spacious! Lovely view of golf course and plenty of areas to walk. Loved every minute and would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time.

The condo was comfortable and clean, and it had everything you needed for the stay. My husband was disappointed that he couldn’t play golf on the property, It was close to many stores and restaurants.

Golf Heaven

We truly enjoyed our month at this property. Patti was very responsive to any inquiries we had. The venue is very nice, a couple of updates would put it in the ‘outstan’ category. The location and opportunity to golf was amazing We are sure hoping to be back next year😊

Patricia's place is wonderful! So spacious and has an amazing large lot on the golf course and conveniently located near front gate. Had all the amenities we needed and is very clean. Her responses were quick anytime I reached out. We will definitely return!

Great Value/Location

Walking into the property is like stepping back in time…. In a good way. The decor is fantastic along with the decorations. The place was spotless and well equipped for a stay of any length. The location in Palm Desert was well situated giving easy access to the town’s amenities. Having a garage was a plus although the security service and gate alleviate any concerns. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fun in the sun

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Property host very responsive and easy to deal with. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only thing missing was separate TVs in each bedroom but not a deal breaker. Would consider staying here again.

Relaxation with views

We enjoyed our stay in this home on the golf course with a great view. There was a beautiful private courtyard which recieved the sun in the morning to drink our coffee. The back patio was great for watching the golf or just relaxing.

Monterey diamond in the rough

A great space and central location in palm desert. I would give it a 10 out of 10 but for the carpeting which needs to be removed and replaced with tile or vinyl plank flooring.
