Our room was clean but the conditioner and lotion was empty. Was not happy with the girl working behind the counter for breakfast. She was rude. We didn’t end up getting breakfast at the hotel we went elsewhere. That was disappointing. Check in / check out was easy

I would have given 5 stars. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There were 2 elevators but only 1 was working. It caused delays in getting to our scheduled events, especially during checkout. Several times we had to wait for a second or third elevator stop in order to get on the elevator, as the elevator was completely full and we could not get on. When we checked out of the hotel, an elevator repair person was onsite. Hopefully this has been resolved. As I understand it, they had been dealing with the problem for 2 weeks!

Location and view are beautiful. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy and open until 11am. We borrowed the bikes for one hour (only free for one hour). Beach was so beautiful and pool area was very nice. Only issue is that they have a shortage of beach chairs and some are broken as well as the umbrellas. I couldn't find a chair for the beach at one point and they said, "Sorry, first come first serve. We don't have enough chairs." Luckily someone left and allowed me to grab their chair and umbrella. After paying for a beach location, it does not seem right for there not to be enough chairs to enjoy a beach day.
