"I booked a package deal with Expedia which included a 2-night stay at the Quality Inn PBI Airport. I chose the hotel mainly based on location and being within walking distance of the event I was there to attend. I didn't have high expectations - just a place to sleep. I was pleasantly surprised - the hotel was far nicer than expected: - courteous and professional front desk staff who were eager to provide suggestions for local restaurants - clean and comfortable room - included hot breakfast with a variety of options, in a pleasant and airy dining area The hotel is right by the airport and very close to some nice parks, the convention center, downtown... all within about 2 miles walking. I made my way on foot to the Flagler Museum - a little over 3 miles - and enjoyed the variety of sites. Recommended!"

"Most awful check-in experience I have ever had. We were downgraded as opposed to getting an upgrade which we were told was available. We were created from a king-size bed that we ordered to a queen size bed. These were not even queen size beds, in fact.... then we will send her a room that faced a wall 3 feet away from the window. When I complained, we were placed into a handicap room, which did not even have a walk-in shower. Handled extrnely poorly by staff. "

"This place is such a perfect little niche in the best location possible! Its intimate size means the staff is incredibly attentive, Jenna and Victoria from the front office made everything seamless. They were super friendly and helpful, especially when we rented bikes, they made sure everything was perfect for us. I loved the 24/7 open bar full of yummy, healthy snacks. The entire place was spotless, and housekeeping kept our room pristine every day."
