Great stay. Elevators were a lot slow but overall great property and great service!

Superb customer service, clean hotel!

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and our room was ready way before regular check in time. The room itself was immaculate—beautifully designed, stunning view of the lake, spacious, and stocked with every amenity we could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the housekeeping by Maggie kept everything spotless throughout our stay. What truly set this property apart was the attention to detail and the personalized service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely invested in our comfort especially Pablo Criado. Whether it was the concierge helping us plan a day of sightseeing or the restaurant staff remembering our preferences, the service was simply world-class. The on-site dining was another highlight. Each meal was delicious. The breakfast/brunch was especially impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. Our waiter for dinner was Alex and the service was outstanding. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully views, perfect location and excellent amenities and the spa experience was top-notch, Jessica was amazing with her massage service. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, but this one stands out for its exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and warm hospitality. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

I had a wonderful stay! Location was amazing. The room was so clean and so was the mattress. No signs of any bed bugs!! The staff were wonderful!
