「Marco‘s property or second to none! The wonderful Dr. up the laneway to the roundabout in front of the most stunning house. The wonderful porch. Leads into the house to magnificent living area. The four bedrooms upstairs or ideally located in the house was always a wonderful temperature with great air conditioning available when needed! The outside grounds and of course the pool are stunning. The staff to help look after the house could not have been better. They made sure the pool was ready...

「We had a wonderful time staying at Alfonso’s beautiful villa. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The pool was superb with a lovely seating area all day and evening. The football pitch/tennis area was brilliant and gave us many hours of enjoyment. Within easy walking distance to the town and its bars and restaurants and plenty of areas to explore for long runs!The location was superb and we took advantage of the main line train station 20 minutes drive away which took us in to Rome...

「Wir waren 2 Wochen mit Kindern und Grosskindern in diesem Haus mit herrlichem Umschwung. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 18 Personen. Es ist wunderbar mit Gegenständen aus der Bauzeit (über 100 Jahre) eingerichtet, die Küchengeräte (auch genügend Geschirr und Besteck) und die Betten sind aber aus der Neuzeit. 「We absolutely loved our stay in Sermoneta; the town itself is a magical combination of winding cobblestone streets and alleyways, beautiful 12th-15th century houses and churches and topped off with a magnificent castle!Communication throughout was prompt and very helpful.
