People at front desk are not too knowledgeable or helpful. I wanted to visit Diamond head and do their hike, so when i asked, the front desk man said, “just google on how to make a reservation”. Once the day for my hike came I had purchased the wrong ticket.
The shower had hair on the walls as if it hadn’t been cleaned all the way. The tub was slippery as if it hadn’t been scrubbed properly. The sliding door curtains were filthy and stained as if they’ve never been replaced. The pillows smelled like sweat as if they weren’t replaced since last guest. I went downstairs to get a workout and there was a dead cockroach next to the yoga mats. I probably will not be staying here again nor will I recommend it to friends or family.
