"This hotel is old world elegance with wonderful amenities. From the minute my cab pulled up I was treated with respect and courtesy. My room was lovely, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The staff at the front desk made sure that I had everything I needed. Breakfast was a wonderful event and I hope to visit again!"

"The hotel is just two blocks off of the pedestrian only old town area. The rooftop breakfast dining room with indoor or outdoor seating options was a beautiful, yummy and refreshing place to map out the day. There are loads of nearby, restaurants in old town and tons of shopping ranging in the spectrum for price and quality from souvenirs to home decor . The staff was very helpful in recommending day trips and activities. Our room was small, but very clean, comfortable, quiet, and modern. They have AC and elevators."

"The staff were fabulous! The room was somewhat spartan and it was always clean and cared for. It would have been helpful to have a light in the closet and at least one more wastebasket would have been helpful so that there would have been one in the bathroom and one near the desk/bed. Gabriel was a fabulous manager and helped in ways that were above and beyond while I struggled with a sprained ankle."

"The hotel is in a nice area within walking distance to many restaurants. Approximately 20 mins to train station and ferry. Rooms are quite large, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were spacious, however, the hot water was limited. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We were able to check into our rooms early and they arranged private transport to the airport. Depending on where your room is located, noise could be an issue. Our room was located near the main entrance and we could hear every guest/ staff talking and the door shut each time someone would enter/exit. Overall, nice stay."

"It took a while to locate the hotel entrance(!), but once in the host was super friendly and helpful and explained where nearby parking options (there is covered 24hr garage opposite, or on street parking). Room was comfortable, better lighting would've helped for reading etc, effective zircon, and bathroom was compact but a great shower. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of items, and the host was very accommodating on my check out time, which was greatly appreciated. It's a c15 minute walk to central Palermo, but there are shops (including a supermarket and pharmacy near to the hotel). Parking challenges aside, I'd certainly stay here again when in the city."
