Bright and modern apartment with large terrace facing the Cala and the brand new Trapezoidal Pier in Palermo.



This finely furnished apartment is located on the third floor of a recently renovated building equipped with elevator, and spreads over two levels. Its highlitght is the large terrace with dining area. The entrance opens onto an open space that houses the living area, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, television, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Climbing up modern oak stairs leads to the sleeping area, including a bedroom with a queen-size bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a single bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.



Guests will benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and iron.

Palermo, among the most beautiful art cities in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. Apartment war wie beschrieben und sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage war einmalig alles konnte man Fussläufig erkunden. Bei Problemen bekamen wir sofort Hilfe.
