The accommodation was very good. The location worked really well for us — public transport was close by, and we could easily walk everywhere. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the well-functioning air conditioning was a great relief. The staff were quick to respond. There were just a few small things that bothered us: occasionally, the electricity would cut off, and we had to enter a door in the stairwell to flip the circuit breaker back on. We weren’t informed about this in advance, so the first time it happened, we were quite confused. Otherwise, the apartment was super clean, but the shower cabin could use a deep cleaning. The kitchen equipment was a bit limited — for example, there were no knives other than a bread knife — but we managed just fine.

The apartment was missing some basics like knives for cutting, a cutting board, detergent for washing dishes, paper towel towels…..things you would normally find in other rentals. The biggest problem is that there are problems with the electrical circuit board. During four days we lost electricity at least seven or eight times. Each requires you to exit the unit to the building entrance and access the circuit board. Wonderful Italy, the rental agent, never answered our WhatsApp messages the first 2 1/2 days of our stay. Was not a good experience.
