"Would give 10 stars if I could. The room was very well updated and the air conditioning worked excellently. The staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The location might be the best part. It was perfect for touring rome. The colosseum, pantheon, trevi fountain, vatican city, and borghese gallery were all within walking distance for us. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including fatmorgana gelateria across the street. We flew in early in the morning and got to the hotel around 8:30 to drop off our luggage and our room was available already, so they just let us check in early. Would recommend anyone touring Rome to stay here."

"The first thing that hit us was the amount of graffiti on and around the building. But, once inside it was very clean and light. The desk staff was very responsive and informative. The rooms were small, but well appointed with great air conditioning, which was very important with temps in the high 90's and low 100's. Great location for walking to local restaurant and souvenir shops."

"Big rooms c good location . We like the hotel a lot . They only thing we were disappointed they didn’t provide not even 2 bottles of water . Never seen this before . But everything else was pretty good , can complain"

"From the moment you step through the door you’ll know you’ve made the right choice. This hotel has the perfect location, kind & considerate staff in a 5star setting, you won’t find a better place. You can always find something cheaper, I have no doubt but you won’t get this class of hotel. We will definitely be returning and advising our family and friends this is the place to stay when visiting Rome. The rooms have all you need, air con, 50” tv, Dyson product for the ladies and a welcome bottle of wine and pastries. Breafast is second to non and to top it, you have a person playing up to date hits on the harp ( wow ). Staff around the hotel in general are always there to help and advise, weather it be for taxis, local eateries or site seeing. When in Rome……this is the place to go, we will be 👌 Thanks to all for making our stay so special ❤️"

"Charming, 'idyllic' location for exploring. Within walking minutes of historical sites. Lobby/reception area was unexpectedly smaller than photos on line, but manageable. Would not recommend pre-paying for breakfast ($18 euro pp/pn), due to short operating hours. We missed the first morning (our fault) due to jet lag; and last day due to an early departure before restaurant opened. The hotel staff were kind enough to provide us with a continental bagged breakfast (after requested). Be cautious and verify cost of hotel shuttle to airport with driver. The hotel brochure lists one way to FCO airport for 1-3 persons as $80 (euro). Upon arrival to airport, driver charged $110 (euro)! Overall, staff were accommodating and had a very nice stay. PS: The bar/lounge on upper floor of hotel was delightful! Bartender, ambience and price were great."
