Enjoyed our stay, breakfast was amazing. We had a small mishap with the plumbing but that we were moved to a new room as soon as possible. Would recommend, very walkable!

Lovely peaceful, clean room with super comfy bed and decent shower/ensuite. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. The instructions for self-check-in were easy to follow and communication with the suite prior to arrival were excellent.Great location, perfect for walking around this amazing city.

Le Suite Del Barone is a stellar boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. Like staying in a chic, historic apartment with amenities, service, and breakfast. Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, all easily walkable and the Vatican as well. Rachelle was lovely and very helpful. I look forward to staying here again.

The room was very clean and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Just a 5 min walk to Piazza Navona. Loved the location!

Staff was amazing! Communicative in advance of our stay and helped arrange a convenient transfer to the airport. The place is SO conveniently located. We walked to St. Peter’s Basilica, the Pantheon, the Colleseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps. Had the BEST carbonara and bolognese right across the street. We got engaged during our stay and will forever hold this place special in our hearts. Thank you!

Everything here is fantastic! Convenience and friendliness. MJ and Paula are amazing every day on time delivery of my breakfast. Amazing! I love the place and will bring my family back. My stay at Le Suite del Barone was very disappointing and concerning. The listing is extremely misleading. The photos make the place appear like a luxury suite, but in reality, it’s an old apartment building that you have to walk into to get to your room. It is not a hotel or true “suite” as advertised. Once inside, the condition of the property was far below expectations. There was visible dust throughout the building — you could actually see it in the air — and the ceiling had clear signs of water damage and mold. The floors were uneven and broken in places, making it feel unsafe to walk on. The light switch was broken, and I even injured my finger when it got stuck. During our stay, both my partner and I became sick every time we were in the room, but our symptoms noticeably improved once we left the property — which strongly suggests that the environment itself was affecting our health. After our stay, I reached out to the owner to express my concerns and request fair compensation. Instead of showing any concern or professionalism, she dismissed my message and claimed that I “seemed happy and healthy” during the stay. She also told me that if I felt uncomfortable, I should have left and found another place, ignoring how difficult it can be to confront a host in person or relocate last-minute while traveling abroad. What was most disappointing wasn’t just the condition of the property, but how the owner handled the situation. Rather than listening or trying to make thi

Don’t be fooled by the unassuming entry way… if you want to live like a local while in Rome, this is it. Paola was excellent at communicating with us to have our room ready even a few hours early, spacious bright clean room with a balcony, breakfast included was so lovely. Great ac for Europe as it was still hot. Walkable, helpful tips, and arrangements for taxis when asked, Nice shower lots of hot water and toiletries available to you, great area - the bathroom door is glass so you kinda got to be comfortable with your roommate hearing you if they are in the room but this also seems to be the going style. But really such a great room/spot for the price. And as an added bonus, just across the street is Il Corallo posters… GREAT eatery, so close and we even saw Ming Tsai celebrity chef eating there our last night- what more recommendation could we give?!

Check in was easy and the room was perfect! We did not spend a lot of time in the room but there was AC in the room and it was perfect to regroup midday. Breakfast was included and very easy to coordinate! We just filled out a breakfast card each night and selected the time they would bring it to our room.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better – just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes or rideshares. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds. The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were – smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a spot that combines convenience, comfort, and access to plenty of dining and entertainment, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

La propiedad como todo en Roma son edificios viejos dentro del hotel todo parece que es nuevo la limpieza de los cuartos es muy buena el desayuno es bueno y ayuda a calmar el hambre cuando caminas mucho, el servicio es bastante bueno y son bastante tolerantes y comprensibles cuando estás tarde y llegas a hacer tarde el check out, repetiría sin problema ya que es muy accesible de muchas zonas

Roman Holiday

Great location with easy walking access to many many of Rome’s iconic sites. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and shopping close by. Breakfast provided by host was an absolute treat with many options. Having your own balcony was an added bonus.
