Shared use of the swimming pool. Only 150 metres away is the nearby beach, surrounded by a thick pine forest with a fitness trail, and 500 metres away is the village centre.

Not to be missed in the surroundings: the Bear Rock, an iconic granite formation and symbol of Palau. The panoramic view from the top is breathtaking and perfect for photos. The waters around Palau and the Maddalena archipelago are perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving, with seabeds rich in marine life, including colourful fish, corals and other marine organisms.

The house consists of 1 double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room and 1 bathroom with shower. All flats have air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, kettle, hairdryer and a furnished balcony or patio.

Although they belong to the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment. Pets are welcome with surcharge.
