"We had a wonderful last minute stay and couldn’t fault the experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in, our room was clean and spacious which was ideal ans we were a family of three with our dog. The hotel was beautifully decorated inside, outside had some benches and a garden area to enjoy- the only reason for taking a star away was because they were having work done so some areas not unkept to usual standard but it didn’t bother us. We had a delicious evening roast and freshly cooked breakfast. Would recommend a stay at this quiet spot close to lots of attractions and scenic walks for all. "

"Ideal house for family birthday. Plenty of room with added bonus on games room. Kitchen very well equipped. Pet friendly with lovely enclosed garden. Host Sarah easy to contact and very pleasant, slight problem with boiler but she responded very quickly and got it sorted. House well positioned for walks to the beach and local bars/restaurants. "

"Room was very small and we were under the kitchen all we could hear was people talking and pans banging "

"No bar or food available. Shower very poor water flow and only luke warm. At least the parking was free. "

"Check-in was very good by Harriet, Chelsea took us to our room and explained all amenities. I am in a wheelchair and found ramps to all areas and the lift very good. We stayed for 2 nights and I received some sweets as it was my birthday. The hotel has its own secure car park with rising bollards at the entrance. Check-out was wonderful, by Aidan and Chelsea. We will stay again."

"Food is not as good as it used to be and a much reduced menu. Bathrooms are tired"
