「We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. Bus is evey hour....

「Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...

「I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. 「We had a fantastic stay at this lovely small hotel with amazing staff. It is located about 3K from Rethymnon old town making it a quieter location for a peaceful holiday, but there are still plenty of good eateries and shops near by and a taxi into town is 12 euro. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It’s right on the beach and boasts 3 pools (one of which is indoors). There are more sun loungers than guests so you will always find somewhere to soak up the sun whenever you venture...

「Hôtel récent, chambre spacieuse et bien décorée, bien placé par rapport au centre dans un quartier résidentiel très calme tout en haut d'une rue en pente. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la chambre sans possibilité de choisir à part le café ou le thé. Du sucré et du salé est donc servi tous les jours ce qui engendre du gaspillage. Il a été facile de se garer dans la rue près de l'établissement mais je pense qu'en pleine saison cela doit être plus compliqué. Le personnel est agréable et...
