"The room, general building and bathrooms were perfectly clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming! The location is great for getting to a bus stop, and shops are only a short walk away. Though it didn’t personally bother us, the walls were a bit thin, and you could definitely hear fellow guests making noice, especially at night time, but ear plugs would solve that. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay again! "

"We had an amazing stay at Essence Hotel! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a modern bathroom with great products. Check-in was smooth — reception even waited for us to arrive as we were running a bit late, which was so thoughtful. "The room was clean and good value for what you pay. The pool was great needed abit of a clean but considering all the storms at this time maybe why it was not at its best. Eventhough the pool was still a beautiful time to spend your arvo in as it was nice and warm. The location of the place is amazing, everything is in walking distance. Highly recommend to stay here."
