「The property had a lot of character and was very clean and included a full kitchen. At the time we stayed, the restaurant in the hotel was being redone, so the hotel provided the makings of the advertised breakfast in a refrigerator temporarily (I think) parked in one of the closets (an ingenious solution, but different than the advertised breakfast). On the other hand, you could customize your breakfast and guarantee that it was freshly prepared, though you prepared it yourself. The room door...

「This place is magical. Be aware that there is no wifi or cell service, so be prepared to really unwind and tap into nature. We were greeted by helpful and welcoming staff. The adirondack chairs on the deck overlooking the river are the perfect place to unwind when you arrive and perhaps meet some new friends. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, but the wait time to serve it was not, shouldn't wait an hour to receive our order. Breakfast was superb. Steamboat is a gem.」
