"Excellent choice in Pacific Harbour! I just stayed here with a group of 21 university students at the conclusion of a two-week trip around Fiji. The rooms are large, comfortable, and in an attractive setting, and the price point for these rooms is an excellent value. The restaurant/bar/pool area provides a delightful environment for relaxing during the day/evening, plus the various specials that they run every day make for a very affordable stay. Moana and the staff are very helpful. Prior to our arrival, they assisted me in adjusting my dates with no problem, and also reached out to me via whatsapp to see if our group would like to attend their Thursday Island Night/Fire Show (which we did and thoroughly enjoyed). Throughout our stay the staff was very warm and helpful, and assisted us with any particular needs we had. Uprising is also part of the Duavata collective, which promotes culturally and environmentally sensitive travel across Fiji. This was my first time staying at Uprising, and I am very glad that we did. In the future, I will continue to bring groups here, as it is a great base for the various activities (diving, tubing, golf, fishing, etc.) in the Pacific Harbour/Beqa area). "Very friendly staff and property was new"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and more than we could eat. Food in the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The room was spacious and comfortable and the wifi and AC worked very well. It as a short walk to the beach and shops, but a taxi only costs 4 Fijian dollars. The only negative is that the room wasn’t particularly clean and the cleaning schedule was a bit lax. Also, the pool was a bit murky. Overall, for the price we paid we were happy with the accommodation and the wonderful staff even sang us the traditional Fijian farewell song on our departure. "
